Waking up to the aroma of delicious Brazilian coffee each morning made the day start right. The staff's friendliness was a definite highlight, as they were eager to assist with any inquiries, making me feel at home.

Unfortunately, the hotel felt quite dated with noticeable wear and tear. My room had an unclean bathtub, which was disappointing, and the Wi-Fi simply did not work consistently. The hallways seemed unsafe for children, and the lift was temperamental at best.

Additionally, housekeeping could improve, as the cleanliness left something to be desired.

the location of rio lancaster is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. the view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious with great coffee. the staff was extremely friendly and even let us check out a little later, which was appreciated.
